"Garuda and the Naga"
Garuda and Naga, symbols representing different powers in the universe. Garuda conveys power and grandeur, while Naga represents abundance and the force of water. I use these differences to create balance, reflecting the coexistence of opposing forces in life and contemporary society.
This concept reflects contemporary life and society, where humans must exist amidst differences, both power and gentleness, strength and delicacy, much like Garuda and Naga, which, despite their different natures, are both part of the same universe. Therefore, I have combined traditional Thai patterns with Western vine motifs to create something new and contemporary, aiming to connect traditional wisdom with the present context.
